Experience
After working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for four years following graduation Peter joined Southwark Public Analyst Laboratory in 1978 and was involved in a wide range of work including analysis of food, water, fertilisers, animal feeding stuffs, soils and asbestos materials. In 1988 Peter took on a number of Public Analyst and Deputy Agricultural Analyst appointments whilst working at the Southwark Laboratory.
During the period 1983 to 1991 he also lectured on the Post Graduate course on the Analysis of Food Drugs and Water ("MChemA Course") and the MSc. Food Analysis course at the Polytechnic of the Southbank.
In 1991 he moved to Lincolne Sutton & Wood in Norwich, taking on several Public Analyst and Deputy Agricultural Analyst appointments and also the role of Laboratory Quality Manager. In 1993 Peter became a director of Lincolne Sutton & Wood Limited (LSW). LSW joined the Eurofins network in December 2007.
