1. Information contained within the Product, and in documentation supporting the Product, is subject to change and does not represent a commitment on the part of Eurofins Laboratories Ltd.

2. The Product is licensed to the Lessee and remains the property of Eurofins Laboratories Ltd. Except as specified in paragraph 3 below, neither the Product, nor any associated documentation, may be reproduced or transmitted by any means to any other person or organisation, without the express written permission of Eurofins Laboratories Ltd.

3. The Lessee may make appropriate backup copies of the Product, and configuration files containing personalised information, as required by normal good management procedures. However, the Lessee undertakes, if requested by Eurofins Laboratories Ltd., to return all copies of the Product and associated documentation and to provide written assurance that all copies have been deleted from its computers and servers.

4. Eurofins Laboratories Ltd. has taken care in the production of the Product and will endeavour to ensure that it suits the Lessee’s requirements. However it is the responsibility of the Lessee to satisfy him/herself that the Product is suitable for purpose. Eurofins Laboratories Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Product or from its failure to operate as expected.
