Survey of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in Smoked and Dried Foods - 2007

The aim of the survey was to determine whether smoked and dried foods are contaminated with PAHs and whether the level of benzo(a)pyrene detected, if any, complies with regulations. In addition, the survey provides further information on the presence of other PAHs in foods.
