Pesticides in Fruit and Vegetables Survey 2002

This survey was to monitor the compliance of UK producers with European legislation on pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables as enacted by the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feedingstuffs) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999.

A comparison was also made between samples of organic produce and standard produce.
