Fresh Turkey Survey 2004

Fresh poultry commands a higher price than frozen poultry. Previous monitoring has shown that on occasion frozen poultry may be thawed and fraudulently sold as fresh, particularly over the Christmas period. The purpose of this survey is to monitor the extent of this fraud over the 2004 Christmas period.
